Reading this site commits you to nothing.
These are the terms for using the website. They are short because the site asks nothing of you. The agreements a person signs are separate papers, and they are not on this page.

This site is run under the name Even Steven, a registered Alberta trade name of Ripple Rock Industrial Group Ltd. Even Steven is not a separate legal person: the contracting company is Ripple Rock Industrial Group Ltd., registered office 900, 332 – 6th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2P 0B2. Write to [email protected]. A person reads it.
Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is signed.
Reading a page, writing to us or opening your mail program from a page makes no agreement and puts you on nothing. Nothing is signed on this site. The pages describe an instrument that is designed and written down: no capture session has been recorded, and the agreements are still being written.
When the agreements are finished they go up in plain words before anyone is asked to sign one. The words that bind are the words on the paper you are given, and not the words on a page of this site.
Four consents, each given on its own and ended on its own.
Consent comes apart. A yes to being recorded is not a yes to being combined with others, to running under your name, or to a record being used to train a model. Each is asked for on its own paper, and a no to one leaves the others as they were given.
Ending one needs nobody's agreement but yours and costs you nothing. From the day your notice arrives, no new job starts under it. A job already underway finishes, because stopping a machine mid-pass is its own hazard, and that is the one delay in it. You are told two dates, and both are true. Ending it says the rest.
The English page is the one that counts.
Every page is in English, and where a translation ever differs from the English page, the English page is correct. Languages says which editions exist.

What this site collects, what a recording is and whose it is, and how to ask what is held about you are on the privacy page. A privacy officer will be named there before anyone is asked to consent to anything.
